The Serpentine Microfluidic Mixer with Integrated Reaction Chambers is a closed-channel microfluidic device designed for controlled reaction and mixing workflows in research environments. The chip features two inlet channels that merge into a large upstream reaction chamber, followed by a serpentine mixing region, a second downstream reaction chamber, and a single outlet. All inlets and outlets are equipped with integrated Luer lock connectors.
The upstream reaction chamber measures 10,000µm in length and 2,000µm in width, providing an extended interaction zone prior to mixing. The serpentine channel promotes enhanced mixing under laminar flow conditions before fluid enters the second reaction chamber. All channels have a 350µm width and 350µm height and are printed in optically clear Cyto-Clear™ resin to enable direct observation of flow and reaction behavior.
This design is well suited for reaction kinetics studies, controlled mixing experiments, and microfluidic process development.
