PDMS Master Molds

We design and manufacture high-precision master molds for PDMS microfluidic devices using Master Mold for PDMS resin and state-of-the art microfluidic 3D printing technology. Our molds are compatible with standard PDMS casting workflows and replace traditional SU-8 photolithography tooling for many applications.

The process delivers a precise high-quality surface finish with an RA value of ~0.18µm and a drastically reduced meniscus effect for sharp and ultra-precise features.

These 3D printed PDMS Master Molds are suitable for repeated replications, provide a long mold life and are compatible with PDMS without release agents or additional surface coating.
PDMS can be poured directly into the mold and cured in a lab oven at 100°C (212°F).

PDMS master molds are well suited for applications requiring gas permeability, elastic deformation, or biological compatibility.
This method significantly reduces turnaround time and lowers barriers for labs without cleanroom access.
