The Droplet Generator Microfluidic Chip is a precision-engineered, closed-channel microfluidic device designed for controlled droplet and emulsion generation in research and prototyping environments. Manufactured using high-resolution Cyto-Clear™ resin, this chip contains 50µm or 100µm nozzle geometries, enabling systematic evaluation of droplet size and formation behavior.

The device features integrated Luer connectors for all inlets and outlets, allowing rapid connection to standard syringe pumps and tubing systems. The optically clear material supports direct visual observation of droplet formation, making this chip ideal for microfluidic droplet research, flow characterization, and feasibility studies.
